The mountain range of Bugeci is hiding in its heart the beautiful springs and river bed of Ialomita, lakes Zanoaga and Scropoasa, Ialomita caves, Pestera and Zanoaga tent camp and cabins and hiking trails throughout the canyon valley and up the surrounding mountains.

Situated only a couple of hours away from Bucharest, Romania’s capital, here you should find fresh air, tranquillity and if you are lucky, even spot some wild animals.
Getting there is possible by car, with all main attraction roads being paved and in good shape.
